Brief Description: Aft Nav light and ELT installation
Today I started by dremelling out the rudder lower fairing nav light mount area, fabricating an aluminium plate that can be inserted into the the fairing, drilling and riveting on nav light mount anchor nuts then epoxying the plate into the fairing. While the epoxy was curing I fabricated an ELT mount bracket reinforcing doubler plate. I match drilled the plate to the fuselage aft deck then deburred, dimpled, cleaned, abraded, alodined and primed the plate.
